7:08 AM PDT  Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... Dina was "wasted" at the nightclub.  We're told the fight started when Lindsay wanted to take her limo to her NYC hotel, but Dina wanted to take it to her home in Long Island, to avoid paying for a taxi.  Somehow Dina prevailed, over the intense protests of her daughter.   We're told Dina scratched Lindsay's leg in the process.

6:26 AM PDT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops took a Domestic Incident Report but no arrests were made.

6:11AM PDT --  We're told the 911 call was a domestic violence call.  Sources say in one of the 911 calls to cops ... the caller said Lindsay was being held against her will by Dina and the driver.


Lindsay Lohan and mama Dina were in a blowout, violent fight early this morning, that ended in a 911 call with cops rushing to the scene ... TMZ has learned.

It started last night when the duo went to a nightclub in New York City.  Our photog says they left the club at around 4 AM and headed back to Dina's home in Long Island.

Lindsay and Dina started arguing in the car and it escalated when they got home.  We're told it became physical with Lindsay sustaining a cut on her leg.  We're also told there was property damage -- including a broken bracelet of Lindsay's -- that occurred during the scuffle.

Cops are still on scene. 

The pic below (Lindsay with a random clubgoer) was taken before the fight started ... at Electric Room, the nightclub inside the Dream Downtown -- the hotel where Lindsay allegedly hit a dude while pulling into the garage.

Lindsay Lohan made a hysterical plea for help to her father, as she claimed she was being kidnapped by Dina Lohan, screaming, "Dad, she's on cocaine.  She's like touching her neck, and s**t" ... and TMZ has obtained audio of the conversation.

We broke the story ... Lindsay and Dina got into a ballistic argument after leaving a NYC club at 4 AM.  The two were in a limo which was going to Dina's Long Island house.

During Lindsay's conversation, Lindsay tells her dad the fight ignited over money.  Lindsay says she gave her mom $40,000 because Dina claimed she needed it to save her home from foreclosure.  Nonetheless, Lindsay wanted her money back, and that's when fireworks erupted.

Lindsay told her dad, "She's saying disgusting things to me ... I'm dead to her now."

Lindsay says her mom is calling her "nuts."

During the conversation, you hear Lindsay tell her dad, "This is what you do.  You ruin people," and then turns her anger back toward Dina ... adding, "She's like the f**king devil right now."

Lindsay goes on, telling her dad, "I have a gash on my leg from what happened."

We left messages for Dina.  So far, no response.

Lindsay Lohan was telling the truth when she said her mom was on the verge of losing her house ...and Dina Lohan is not out of the woods yet ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... JPMorgan Chase Bank filed documents in 2010 to foreclose on Dina's Long Island home because she had fallen behind on payments.

Now here's where it gets interesting ...The bank and Dina cut some sort of deal in which mama Lohan agreed to a new payment agreement that would prevent her home from going on the auction block.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us ... Dina didn't ante up on her own -- she got money from Lindsay to make the payments. 

We're told Lindsay made payments that helped Dina dig out of the hole, but recently she fell behind again and Lindsay had to give her MORE bailout money -- $40,000.  And that's the 40 grand that Lindsay and her mom were arguing over when things erupted in the limo early Wednesday.

One final thing.  We're told Dina withdrew lots of other money from the Bank of Lindsay, including money to help pay for her kid brother's tuition.

Lindsay Lohan is ABSOLUTELY NOT in a committed relationship with the rich and famous artist who lets the actress drive his expensive cars whenever she wants ... this according to the artist.

In case you forgot, Lohan was driving Domingo Zapata's fancy Porsche in NYC last month when she allegedly struck a pedestrian in front of the Dream Hotel ... where she was later arrested for fleeing the scene of an accident.

Rumors immediately spread that Lindsay was dating Domingo -- but this week in L.A., Zapata made it clear, it just ain't true ... the two are "just friends."

But that doesn't mean Domingo ain't lookin' -- dude tells us he looooves the ladies.

So if art, money and ultra-deep V-necks are your thing ...

Lindsay Lohan Assaulted: Star Allegedly Attacked In New York City Hotel Room (UPDATE)

Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in the New York City hotel room where she was staying Sunday morning, by a man she met at Chelsea nightclub 1 Oak, WNBC reports.

Law enforcement officials told WNBC that the “Mean Girls” star began arguing with the man, identified as California resident Christian LaBella, over photographs he took of Lohan with his cellphone that she wished to delete. The altercation took place in Lohan’s 15th floor room at the Union Square W Hotel in Manhattan, while a few of Lohan’s friend were present.

Lohan reportedly told police that when she confronted LaBella about the photos and confiscated his phone at approximately 4:30 a.m., LaBella responded by throwing her on the bed, leaving scratches on her hands.

Sources told TMZ that Lohan ran out of the room, and Lohan claims when she later returned, LaBella choked her, then threw her on the ground and climbed on top of her.

TMZ’s sources say that one of Lohan’s friends was able to pull the man away. Lohan then pulled the fire alarm to call for help. Cops arrived at the hotel and arrested LaBella on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.

The actress’s father, Michael Lohan, told the New York Daily News that he has not been able to reach Lindsay. As for LaBella, he says, “Wait ’til I get this guy.”

This is only the latest incident in what is turning out to be a stressful month for Lohan. Less than two weeks ago, she was arrested in NYC after allegedly tapping a pedestrian with her Porsche and fleeing the scene. And just last week, she was hospitalized for an asthma-related issue after a weekend of partying.

UPDATE: 9/30/12, 8:30 p.m. ET — Lindsay’s mother, Dina Lohan, tells HuffPost Celebrity’s Rob Shuter, “She is resting home. Her asthma is bad.”

UPDATE: 9/30/12, 6:30 p.m. ET –The Wall Street Journal reports that criminal charges against LaBella have been dropped. LaBella now only faces a harassment complaint, but according to a law-enforcement official, he cross-filed the same complaint against Lohan.
