Oprah Winfrey Tapes Final Show

Daytime talk show legend Oprah Winfrey will be taping her final episode today with executive producer Sheri Salata.

It has all come down to this for Winfrey, an icon and hero for many people around America. She has been on the air for many years and has accomplished so much, as many would call her one of the most powerful women on television.

She has given back countless times to her community and the general public, even giving away brand new cars to her audience. Oprah has been in the news for years, and her name is even one of the most recognizable in many households.

The public will be anxiously waiting to see what the star has in store for her final appearance. Oprah handed over the plans for her third and second-to-last shows to her staff, which surprised her with a large party at Chicago’s United Center, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Taping for the final episode is today, but the episode will not air until tomorrow, as all secrets have been tightly kept under wraps, The Chicago Tribune reveals.

It will be an episode that many will remember, as hoards of Americans have been coming to see her daily for years. After the show finally wraps, Oprah has plans to be out and about doing various deeds for society, and one can only wonder what is next for the daytime legend.
