Juelz Santana Cancels Show Due To Root Canal

Fans expecting to see Juelz Santana live on Saturday (April 3) at the DeltaPlex arena in Club 131 were left disappointed as the rapper canceled his show due to an impromptu root canal.


After rumors of hospitalization began circulating, Juelz cleared the air on his Twitter account: “A! Grand Rapids. I'm not gonna make it 2nite. Had 2 get a root canal. SMH. Respect 2 promoter RIO. Makeup date is coming. Keep da peace.”

Fans who arrived to the Grand Rapids, MI club were given a flyer indicating that they should retain their tickets for an as-of-yet undetermined make up date, according to mlive.com. More information will be released through DeltaPlex's web site on Monday (April 5) at 5:00 PM.

The situation calls to mind Lil Wayne's, whose prison sentencing was postponed due to a series of root canals, all done in one day.
