French Montana Explains Arrest During 2014 Super Bowl Weekend

Contact Us

The mystery behind French Montana’s arrest during Super Bowl Weekend in New York has finally been solved.

The Coke Boy leader, along with Chinx Drugz and Jadakiss, was placed in handcuffs while leaving Funkmaster Flex’s pre-Super Bowl Tunnel “Revival” party at BB King Blues club in Times Square early Feb. 1.

The ‘Ain’t Worried About Nothin’ rapper told TMZ that police were out to give him a “reality check” and busted him for a 5-year-old warrant for driving on a suspended license. He was later released and performed at Diddy’s Super Bowl bash with Drake at Time Warner Studios.

“I had to let the people know that no matter where you come from [or] how big you make it they (police) still waiting on me,” he told TMZ.

“I do a party every weekend, this one weekend, they grabbed me,” he added. “F— ‘em.”

Despite his arrest, Montana is in good spirits.

“I’m doing good, I’m doing excellent. I got a good lawyer,” he said.

Rihanna TALKS About Chris Brown, Dating And Drugs, GETS SEXY During Midnight STUDIO Sessions

More pics from Rihanna’s November 2012 VOGUE spread have been released.  See the pics inside and see what she had to say about dating, drug, and Chris Brown. Also, check out her sexy studio attire………….

Rihanna is covering the November 2012 issue of VOGUE magazine.  She was snapped by Annie Leibovitz at Tejon Ranch in Lebec, Calif.  Inside, she dishes of her new hair, dating and where she stands with Chris Brown.

On her new pixie-cut hairstyle:

“Spur of the moment. My hair was supposed to be down to my ass [at the VMAs].”

On dating:

“I would love to go on a date. You don’t think that? I’m a woman. A young woman, vibrant, and I love to have fun. And I have too many vaginas around me at this point.  Seriously, all I want is a guy to take me out and make me laugh for a good hour and take my ass back home. He doesn’t even have to come up. All I want is a conversation for an hour.”

On rumors she was doing cocaine at Coachella:

“They knew it was marijuana. It was completely clear to them. I just thought it was uncalled for. I don’t do cocaine. I don’t like being associated with anything that’s untrue.”

On the “Birthday Cake” remix with Chris Brown:

“I didn’t think it could be anything detrimental to my career. I was on a tour bus ride between two cities, listening to my album, thinking, Oooh, maybe I should make this into a duet. And I started coming up with a bunch of people, and his name crossed my mind. I thought, We haven’t made a song in so long together…it could be a little shocking.”

On the public’s fascination with her relationship with Chris:

“I don’t know if people will stop soon, but I feel like as soon as they have closure to it, they will. … But they’re not on the inside. They can’t see what I see, unless they’re sitting in my point of view. I guess I’ll learn to accept that.”

And yesterday……

The “Diamonds” singer headed to the studio last night after partying at Greystone’s in West Hollywood.

Rihanna rushed right from the club to the studio and didn’t change out of her sexy grey jumper dress for the session.

Perhaps dressing sexy helps her get into character for her songs.

The name of her new album will be Unapologetic which is fitting as we know she doesn’t make apologies for her choices in music, men or fashion.

We look forward to seeing what you come up with RiRi!

Audio Of Nicki Minaj Threatens To F*CK MARIAH CAREY UP . . . During The American Idol Auditions – MediaTakeOut.com™ 2012

This is why two divas of colossal personalities just need their own space!

According to a report by TMZ, things got pretty heated during the filming of American Idol auditions today in Charlotte, North Carolina with a verbal altercation between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey that led to filming being cancelled for the day.

Nicki Minaj derailed the “American Idol” auditions after swearing at her and threatening, “I’m gonna knock you out” … sources tell TMZ.

Multiple sources are telling us there was a blow up between the two … Nicki left, then came back and the fireworks continued, culminating with the threat.  We’re told producers ended the auditions for the day so the two judges could cool down.

TMZ isn’t the only site reporting on the drama between the divas. According to an exclusive report by Mouth to Ears, Nicki was being provoked by Mariah prior to the threat that ended filming for the day.

Mouth to Ears reports:

Nicki Minaj walked off of set because Mariah Carey kept making jabs at her.  Nicki’s manager and team convinced her to come back to the show.  Mariah kept at it and called Nicki a bitch and then proceeded to cuss her out. Producers had to stop filming and call it a night.

Seems like things got pretty heated on set and it is said to have producers in frenzy. And we all thought Simon was the diva!

And, as the video surfaces, Mariah Carey has taken to twitter to let us know how she’s feeling:

Matt Barnes Apologizes for ‘Fa**ot,’ ‘Pu**y’ Comments During Arrest

Matt Barnes
I'm Sorry for Calling Cop
'Fa**ot,' 'Pu**y

L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes is apologizing for calling the cop who arrested him a fa**ot and a pu**y.  In case you're really bad at "Wheel of Fortune," one word is derogatory toward gays ... the other toward women.

Barnes tells TMZ, "I would like to apologize for the unfortunate language I used.  I know that certain words are extremely hurtful."

Barnes goes on:  "I meant absolutely no disrespect to anyone.  This comment, spoken in the heat of a difficult moment, does not accurately reflect my actual point of view."

As we first reported, Barnes and the cop clearly had beef.  The same officer stopped Barnes twice before and waited nearly 2 hours in a Manhattan Beach, CA parking lot last July for Barnes to leave a restaurant -- then arresting him for driving on a suspended license and resisting arrest (see dash cam video below).

Barnes eventually pled no contest to misdemeanor interfering with a cop and driving while not in possession of a license. He got off with a fine and informal probation.

Barnes tells TMZ, "I hope that any and all offended parties can accept my sincerest apologies."

Nicki Minaj Cusses Out Mariah Carey During ‘American Idol’ Audition — Caught on Video!

Nicki Minaj
Cusses Out Mariah
CAUGHT ON TAPE

 1002_full_fight_video_nicki_minaj_mariah_carey_launch
Nicki Minaj
derailed the "American Idol" auditions in Charlotte, North Carolina Tuesday, after swearing at Mariah Carey and threatening, "I'm gonna knock you out" ... sources tell TMZ.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, Nicki is clearly furious ... shouting, "I told them I'm not f*ckin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there."

Sources say Nicki later threatened to "knock out" Mariah ... but she said it before the video starts.

It all went down while the two were sitting at the judge's table ... with Keith Urban sitting in between them and Randy Jackson sitting on the far end, next to Mariah.

We're told the whole thing exploded over a disagreement over a contestant's performance.

Listen closely as you play the video ... you'll hear

Nicki  Get this s**t in self control.  Get in control.  Get in control.
Randy  Settle down, settle down.
Nicki  Don't lose your head.  Don't lose your head (inaudible).  Don't tell me I'm a gangster.
Nicki  (inaudible) every 5 minutes.  So every time you patronize me, I'm-ma take it back, and if you've got a f**king problem, handle it.
Nicki  I told them I'm not f**kin' putting up with her f**king highness over there.  Figure it the f**k out.  Figure it out.
Nicki  I'm not gonna sit here every f**king minute to have you come down and harass me every minute everyday.

Mariah is talking back at Nicki but it's hard to hear what she's saying.

According to our friends at MouthToEars.com, producers ended the auditions for the day so the two judges could cool down.  We've confirmed that happened.

Big wigs on the show seem uncharacteristically upset by the blow up.  It seems producers are worried about Mariah and Nicki co-existing for the long haul.

App Smart: Apps That Offer a Lift During Downtime

As someone who works online, I carry a smartphone or tablet nearly all the time. So I have my fair share of experience disposing of a boring moment with a fun app, and I have a few tips.

First, forget games like Flight Control, Fruit Ninja or your favorite version of tower defense. If you want to try a game to eat up a spare moment, then you need something very simple, like Where’s the Pixel. It’s free on the iPhone’s iOS operating system, and it’s exactly what it sounds like — a chase to see how many times you can find one black pixel on the otherwise white screen of your iPhone in a minute. Tap it, find it, tap it and so on. It will give a score, you can brag about your score on Twitter or Facebook, and that’s about all there is.

But heed this warning: the game is so pointless and yet strangely addictive that you’ll love it, play it obsessively and then delete it from your phone.

For similar effortless, pointless fun on a phone with an Android operating system, try the free app Paper Toss. It’s weirdly close to being like the real thing, with all the fun of trying to aim a scrunched-up paper ball at the trash can but none of the mess.

Although these apps do chew up the minutes, there is little going on except a bit of hand-eye coordination improvement. If you’ve got a moment to spare and fancy actually prodding your brain, what better than a comic strip? And since we’re talking about high-tech stuff, the most suitable app has to be the XKCD Browser, a free Android app that lets you quickly see the most recent edition of the famous intellectually funny Web strip and browse back issues.

Maybe that’s not your ideal strip, so there’s always the official Dilbert app, free on Android and iOS, or the Garfield app (again both platforms, free). Pick your newspaper comic strip, basically, and see if there’s an app for it — there are many.

If doodling is your way of passing time, then your phone, packed with touch-screen electronics, can help. There are drawing apps of every kind, but perhaps the simplest and most satisfyingly close to the real thing is Autodesk’s SketchBook Mobile Express (free, Android and iOS). Used simply, it’ll let you doodle as if you were using a pen or pencil on paper. Or you can learn to use its more clever features and try to really sketch the scene in the airport waiting lounge or wherever.

If your creative time-wasting habits are more tactile, try some origami with some paper you always have on you: cash. The app for that is Dollar Origami+ for $0.99 on iOS. Unlike some origami apps that typically have simple drawings peppered with dotted lines, this app has neat 3-D animations of real bills being folded. The animations are very clear and concise and you can copy them precisely to create everything from an origami duck to a neat ring, though this is very detailed and you need to be somewhere you can sit still for a while (and have better finger skills than mine).

There’s a similar app for $1.99 on Android called Money Origami, but it is a little simpler and a lot more traditional in terms of the instructions.

If all this talk of wasting time upsets you, because you feel you should be learning something, then you’ll love the QI Lite app. It’s an offshoot of a British TV quiz show about oddly amusing trivia. It’s a great way to pass time browsing through countless weird facts about the world, in the form of short articles arranged by topic. It’ll teach you that Asteroid 18610 was named Arthurdent (from “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”) and that Isaac Newton’s father was illiterate. The app is free on iOS, and there’s a paid edition with more content.

Some of my favorite time wasters are on this list. But don’t get too engrossed in them while you wait in line, lest you accidentally bump into someone and spoil your Where’s the Pixel score.

Quick Calls

Webr is the latest app that promises to let you build a whole Web site to promote your writing, ideas or even a product — all composed inside an iPhone app. It advises that no knowledge of coding is needed because you pick from predesigned themes and customize the content to suit your ambitions. There is social networking integration. And the app has been newly updated to include blog commenting via Disqus. ...Navigon just updated its Android GPS navigation app with new features like 3-D elevation (as an in-app paid upgrade for $9.99) and a handy trick to help you navigate back to your car on foot when you arrive somewhere new.
