Will Smith and Jimmy Fallon Perform 'It Takes Two' on 'Tonight Show' [VIDEO]

If you missed ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ Thursday night (Feb. 5), you skipped out on Will Smith flexing on the mic. The rapper-turned-actor gave a dope performance with Jimmy Fallon. Don’t worry, we’ve got the recap.

The two entertainers started to make a beat, which they’d rhyme over, using the iPhone app Loopy. The former ‘SNL’ host began beat-boxing, looped it and Smith added his own beat-boxing sounds.

By the time they were finished, they had the full track of Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock’s ‘It Takes Two,’ with a little help from the Roots, of course.

From there, the Fresh Prince and Fallon performed a small piece of the song, doing a call-and-response routine, which got the TV audience on their feet.

This isn’t the first time the late-night funny man has used Loopy. In March of 2014, he and piano man Billy Joel put together a doo-wop song on the app that went viral, but the ‘It Takes Two’ skit he did with Smith is the best so far.

A rest in peace goes out to DJ E-Z Rock who sadly passed away last year.
