Shad Moss Comes to Erica Mena's Rescue After Tony Rock's Twitter Insults

Twitter beef in hip-hop is nothing new, but a war of words between Shad Moss and Tony Rock is a bit left field. Who saw that coming?

Just like his older brother, Chris Rock, Tony is known to poke fun at celebrities here and there. According to Moss — the name Bow Wow wishes everyone would call him but they clearly don’t — he apparently crossed the line this time.

In a random tweet, the 40-year-old comedian poked fun at the ’106 & Park’ host for his relationship with ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star Erica Mena. “106 and Park cancelled. Is the Bow Wow/Erica Mena wedding still on?” he wrote.

He then took the insults to another level. “I ain’t even hatin’ on Bow Wow,” tweeted Rock. Every n—- falls in love with a full blown whore once in his life.”

Moss didn’t take the tweet well, which isn’t surprising since Mena is his fiancee. Soon after, he sent a tweet of his own to Tony. “I’ll have a talk with you when I see you. Face to face cuz,” wrote the rapper.

It’ll be interesting to see where this strange beef goes from here. Mena hasn’t clapped back on her own yet — a huge eye-opener considering how feisty she can be. Either way, it’s unlikely that the rhymer and the comedian will be going toe-to-toe in a street brawl. But when that face-to-face moment comes, they could surprise us.
