Ludacris Sells California Condo for Nearly $1 Million

After being ordered by a judge to pay the mother of his daughter Cai $35,000 in child support, Ludacris is in need of a serious cash injection, and it looks like he just got one.

According to TMZ, the ‘Southern Hospitality’ rapper just sold his Los Angeles, Calif., condominium for a whopping $830,000, and he made a substantial profit considering he bought it in 2002, for $669,000. Luda also has a mansion in Atlanta worth nearly $3 million.

But real estate isn’t the only way he’s getting extra money these days. Unless you haven’t noticed yet, the part-time actor recently took a job with ABC, on the network’s new singing competition ‘Rising Star.’

However, closing the $1 million dollar real estate deal will surely come in handy for the cash-strapped father of two. Plus, he’s currently shooting ‘Fast & Furious 7,’ which should help out his pockets considerably.
