2 Chainz Heads Out West in 'Trap Back' Video

2 Chainz has soon rediscovered the perks of releasing music for free, like not having to wait for your label to green light stuff. So, just two days after dropping his new ‘FreeBase‘ EP, Tity Boi quickly delivers a video for his standout song, ‘Trap Back.’

Naturally, the West Coast-flavored track takes 2 Chainz out to California as he cruises down Slauson Avenue on a lowrider bike, rocking a button-up shirt, a Compton snapback and house shoes. After a quick skit from ‘Step Brothers’ (which never fails to amuse), the ATLien posts up next to a real lowrider with his homies.

The track itself sparked a little back-and-forth on social media Wednesday (May 7). Migos called out 2 Chainz on Twitter after taking offense to the line, “This flow come from Drizzy, he got it from Migos / They got it from Three 6.” Tity Boi responded by writing, “come on now i [sic] ain’t the one,” which the trio replied with a checkmark emoji.

Hopefully that’s the end of that, because Lord knows there’s enough silly beefs in rap right now.
