Chicago rapper Bump J has been sentenced to 10 years behind bars after pleading guilty to a bank robbery in 2007.
Bump J, real name Terrence Boykin, was arrested last year during a routine traffic stop in Illinois and was charged as one of two gunmen suspected of robbing a Chicago Chase Bank in January 2007.
Earlier this week, Boykin received the minimum sentence of 10 years behind bars.
According to reports, he will serve seven years for illegally holding a gun and 37 months for his part in the bank robbery, to be served consecutively - minus the time he has already spent in jail.
